I am sadly disappointed with this company. I waited 3 months for them to come fix my roof and replace my deck, which was damaged by a storm. When they finally got to my deck replacement, the boards were split, and the railing was split. I have boards that were cut too short and was promised replacement that never happened. My bottom stair was cut in half, and until I asked the owner to come out, they were just going to leave it like that. Now I have boards that are warped, and the company refuses to answer my texts. Long story short: avoid this company. They cut our AT&T line in two places after failing to call 811, a free and essential utility marking service. Without consulting us, they cemented a post directly in front of our crawl space access door. While they did widen the deck as agreed, they did it improperly—nailing it directly to the house siding rather than following code.
