Poor quality cars and service. Took months for fixes on a huge list of issues and ignored refund requests. Finally received a refund on a faulty car, through lots of stress, time and cost to myself. The engine oil light was coming on. The manufacturer confirmed the oil needs filling approx every 3 months or every 3000 miles. The car needed 3 litres of oil every month, while being driven less than 1000 miles, monthly. Lovely staff and brilliant selection of cars!
Wouldn’t buy from here again, bought a car a year ago, promise to fix things that needed doing to the car. Still hasn’t been done to this day. Made lots of promises before purchase. I.e chip on window screen & coil spring lights coming on, when it came down to it didn’t fix any of it. Infact suggested I went through my own insurance. Anyhow, a year on and the car has died. Engine faults. Coolant leaks. Car gone into limp mode. Told me had service when bought it but the light came on after 6 months after. Wouldn’t recommend. ... read more
Recently brought my daughters first car here, after a couple days of driving it started pulling to the left badly and tyres wearing quickly, booked into my garage I work out and the tracking was out, after a discussion with S L Cars they said to get it done and would pay it over the pay, so we got it done, I called for payment and get told the owner is out be back in an hour, send the invoice via email so I did, I also sent a what’s app couple days later chasing payment.
