I used to take Jenny's classes at Dance House Fitness before they closed a couple of years ago, and just tried Slā for the first time. It has been over 2 years since attending her classes, but Jenny immediately recognized me, remembered my name, and give me a hug. Sla by Jenny Sanchez is the workout I look forward to most in my week! I have followed Jenny for six years from Dance House Fitness in the Heights to now Sla because I love the energy of this studio and how I feel when I walk out. There is so much stress in life, and to have a place where everyone is welcome and you can just shake out the week is amazing! All instructors and classes are fantastic and give you a good workout. Give it a try! You won’t regret it.
