From 5:30 am classes to weekend sessions, the gals at Sol Barre are always welcoming and encouraging to every class member. They offer challenging workouts with modifications, helpful corrections, upbeat music, and always cheerful dispositions. Thank you for creating a wonderful exercise community.

I've been going to Sol Barre for a couple of months and love it! The classes and teachers are fantastic and the vibe is always positive. They make everyone feel welcome and it's a great workout!
I have anxiety around fitness and these classes have been awesome. A good amount of stretching and breathing along with challenging exercises.
