What a cute place! We were greeted by Kate at the desk- she was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. I was nervous about trying something new, but Kates welcoming energy eased the nerves. From 5:30 am classes to weekend sessions, the gals at Sol Barre are always welcoming and encouraging to every class member. They offer challenging workouts with modifications, helpful corrections, upbeat music, and always cheerful dispositions. Thank you for creating a wonderful exercise community.
