I always liked using Sebastian and Lou that own S&L Auto, I've been using them for years. Well no more. I got a quote from them so I paid in full with a little extra for tip. The part finally came in and their shop "boy" Mike told me that they would get to my repair when they get to it. He also proceeded to tell me I did not pay in full and the money given was to cover part only and the extra $250 was their tip! I had issues with my brakes (making crazy sounds) and I called the shop around noon. My car was completely fixed by 5 p.m.! I’m so grateful for the quick service and my car now sounds great and runs smoothly.
Stopped at light across from the shop. Noticed a burning smell from car. Walked over to the shop and was told to drive it over they could look at today. This was 2pm on a Saturday. They fixed my car same day. Great service reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Sebastian was awesome and did an amazing job. I called him on Friday to have my battery changed - he told me to come by Saturday and car was ready within an hour. I’ll come back for sure!
