After you climb the flight of steep stairs you get down to the rental. While it has potential and you can tell they were doing some work, it was dirty and lots of things were broken. Door to bath won't close, most drawers had stuff left by other people, you could tell it had been a while since it was cleaned or dusted. The big issue for me was the bugs.
