We rented this event hall 3/2/2024, and let me start by saying that the level of professionalism was horrible. In the beginning, everything was fine. We booked the event hall, spoke with one of the owners(I assume), paid in full. The day of, our time was from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.. We could not get in touch with anyone to open the building until after 11,which put us behind 2 hours. When we finally got in, we had to do some cleaning. If you are looking to have an even please go to Skyy Room Event hall in Olive Branch MS. Bianca and her staff are amazing. Very easy to communicate and responds quickly, Thank you again for helping make my event a night to remember!
Omg I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Bianca and Skyy Room Event Hall. From start to finish she made my baby shower process so easy and beautiful! I received everything I wanted and so much more!! I'm Forever thankful for the customer service she preferred and I definitely recommend her for all your event needs!
