Driving behind a service pick up truck and a hard piece of something flys out and cracks my windshield. I immediately take pictures and call the company. Zach the manager tells me to send these pictures in which I do. He then asks me what I am wanting to get out of this in which I expressed that I wanted my windshield fixed. Today, he tells me there is no way I can prove that it came from their trucks but of course they wouldn’t be honorable and fix it like they said. Crooks
Hands down the best equipment rental company I have ever used.
