I was nervous and skeptical about starting intensive outpatient therapy at Skywood, but they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Because of them I’ve been alcohol free for nearly 6 months and feel strong in my recovery.
Skywood outpatient in Lansing has been a godsend for me. I started IOP after five weeks inpatient at Skywood. I’ve had trouble holding a sober date and my Skywood therapist and fellow participants have been loving, nurturing, and challenging as I navigate my recovery journey. My therapist, Jessi has been my biggest cheerleader. Each week she helps me come up with creative ways to continue to stay sober. Awesome education. I can’t imagine myself anywhere in other groups and therapy. I would recommend Skywood to anyone struggling with addiction. The mental health education is phenomenal.
I had such a positive and helpful time during my Outpatient Treatment at Skywood Recovery Center. All the therapist were amazing and made me feel good about myself. A special thank to my therapist, Lindsey Greenwald who helped me so much and also made me laugh again! I love you Lindsey!
