If I could give them a zero I would. After 4 plus years of paying for service when I needed a service call they refused because I had refused to pay until a corrected invoice was sent to me when they had overbilled me for 6 months with more copies that had even been on the machine. Their "customer service" person was the worst I have dealt with in over fifteen years in business.
