I go there for my physio appointments. Great staff. Upstairs is Central Alberta Orthopedics. Great Dr's
Giving 3 star because my mom drives 2 hours (1 hour one way and 1 hour back ) from sundre to get shots. She books time off work and needs a driver. Her dr was late for this specific appointment as well. And instead of calling her to tell her she's not getting her pain shots they made her come in (remind you a 2 hour drive) for a 10 minute conversation. This place should be ashamed. If I could give 0 stars I would, they can't keep there stories straight with the injury, I've seen about 4 people now and I'm still at the same spot I was a year and a half ago, very disorganized and absolutely the worst clinic I've been 2.

I've been to see 2 orthopedic surgeons here for 2 different reasons. So accommodating, knowledgeable and kind! Front staff are friendly, and Jainie is the best, I don't think the place could run without her! Amazing!
