Factoring in the fact that Canadian healthcare is some of the slowest and most mismanaged healthcare systems in the world, this place still manages to impress with their hurry up and wait approach to appointments. I fail to understand why an appointment time is even set if they just want you to wait in the lounge for hours when you arrive on time for that appointment. "Come sit in our waiting room until you die of dehydration" shouldn't be the business model.
I have done everything requested by your medical team and continue to leave feeling no closer to receiving actual answers or care. I have gone through every hoop presented to me: obtaining a brace, receiving injections, attending referrals, and even being sent to a back specialist only to eventually be told that the issue is actually my hip.
