My experience here wasn't that great. The first time having my Covered California done here; the owner a Chinese Vietnamese guy kept screwing up on the form. It went ok, when Kenneth took over. However, when it came to renewing my insurance; he told me that my monthly premiums will be over $250. I was a bit disappointed and he ensured that I will get a tax return.
