I only used the airport shuttle service, not the hotel. Saying that, calling the pickup service upon arrival is terrible. They don't answer the phone or respond to SMS. Pay the extra $$$ for peace of mind and less headache. The driver himself was a lovely chap! The system needs work

Airport parking here should be last resort. Sketchy. Waited 30 mins for shuttle when they told us 10 mins, annoyed when we called back to ask. They said our car was parked along the entrance. It was not. We had to find our car packed in amongst the rest and ask them to move other cars so we could get out. They appeared to have no interest in service. Lot is a bit further out, about 12-14 min drive. Or 45 mins if you’re waiting on their shuttle…

This is budget accommodation, and very dated. That said, the room is comfortable, especially the bed, and there's a complementary shuttle to and from the airport. The train is exceptionally close, for exploring further afield.

Sketchy place. The rooms are open to the street so whoever can just come in. I was on the second floor, and 2 people tried to get in my room, very scary situation. I had to put the furniture blocking the door because I didn’t feel safe. And the window lock didn’t work, so very easy to get in. The hotel is not willing to do anything. I called to verify if maybe they had mistaken the rooms, but they said to feel free to call the police. The rooms are clean and good to rest but 0% safety.
