The room looks nice, but the door, the TV, the bathroom, and the parking lot are all terrible, and the outside noise is unbearable.

Spanish girl at the receptionist was horrible, she intentionally made us wait at the airport for more than an hour. When I called her she was lying and so rude. I didn’t know her name
Called to inquire about their Park, Sleep and Fly program (to stay before & after flight and leave vehicle parked at hotel location for 14 days) $445.00 total, and they stated that YOU MUST LEAVE YOUR CAR KEYS WITH THEM because they double & triple park vehicles. NO WAY
