Clean & tolerably quiet. Elevator for our non-stair-steppers. Water stays nice and hot. Free coffee, that's not terrible. Excellent front desk service and accommodation.
Easy peasy to and from SeaTac. Room very clean and what was expected.
Booked a park and fly. When we arrived, someone was already checked into one of our rooms. When we returned, they couldn't locate my car and told me to go search for it myself in the rain
Terrible! Absolutely terrible. Left to stand waiting for a shuttle for nearly an hour both times I used them. First time was during the holidays. They couldn’t find my keys, didn’t know where to get my car ( they moved it) and kept me waiting in the cold. Give them a pass since it was the holidays, but they did it again on this most recent trip.
