Awful customer service. I had an appointment with them and waited over five hours. I called numerous times and never got an answer. Generac tried calling them three times with no response. I took the day off work and sat around waiting. They could have at least called to let me know they couldn't make the appointment THEY set. Call someone else, not these irresponsible people.
