Unprofessional and not communicative. Attempted to use the service provided by the airline and due to cancelled flight. Was quoted 15 minutes to leave JFK. Had to call several times to check the status and was finally picked up over an hour later. Scheduled a pick up from the hotel to return to JFK at 6am for an 11am pick up. The car never showed when we called to check the status was quoted 20 minutes again. Was told we’d receive a call from the driver which we never did. Awful experience! On April 10th, my flight was delayed 12 hours, and American Airlines put me up in a hotel. They provided a voucher to use for Skyway. I booked a car the night before, and the car did not show up at the scheduled time. I called (as did the hotel front desk), and I was on hold for more than 20 minutes. I hung up and booked a Lyft, which arrived in 3 minutes. Shame on you, Skyway!
