Now I normally use this cab service to handle all my business. I been using this cab service since I moved here 10 years ago. Now they normally charge $18 from Kissena Blvd to Rego Park. This typical day for New Years Eve today the price changes to $22. Then the dispatcher is gonna tell me that I’ve never used there cab service before but a month ago I left my cell phone in a taxi and had to come back to get it. Even if you’re using this car service because you got a voucher from AA you’re probably better off not even bothering. I waited for an hour for a car to pick me up from the airport to take me home after my flight was delayed 24 hours. I then booked a car to pick me up the following day at 2 pm to take me back to the airport and at 2pm I receive a call that the driver is 25 minutes away. I don't appreciate being talked down to nor yelled at by someone that's supposed to be a professional. Complain about your job to someone else.
