Poor service. Shook my boyfriend’s hand and made a promise & refused to keep it. He called MULTIPLE times and they made a new excuse each time. Don’t waste your time, go to Chevy.
My family member brought their vehicle in to get a replacement bracket for their exhaust pipe and after being told a 3-5 day wait time it still wasn’t ordered after two weeks. Awful customer service in the service department, you’d think someone’s word meant something these days
My brothers car sat in the lot for three days untouched after being promised that his truck would be fixed. Unacceptable‼️ THEN they promised they’d order a part and they never did. I am completely baffled‼️
The service itself is always great but one bad apple will spoil the whole bunch, they have a counter guy there that is a completely unprofessional jerk.
