Absolutely a bad faith carrier. Currently dealing with the most useless adjuster I have ever dealt with. As a business owner myself, if I were to ever find out my insurer handled a claim like this, I would sue them myself.
Terrible response time if any response at all.
Worst insurance company ever takes over 3 weeks and they still haven't taken care of claim provided no rental while the the delay is wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone
Still waiting to fix my car.
