Linda and Nicole were amazing. They really care about you and do their best to answer all of your questions. My only complaint is not with them, but actually with the screening company Greystar ended up using. Despite having a great screening report, I was still asked to pay for a full months rent for a security deposit. We ended up not moving in because it felt like the system was penalizing good renters. I’ve lived in a few different places — I’m originally from Nevada and recently moved to Kent, Washington — and I have to say, this complex has truly exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, they’ve addressed every need and concern I’ve had with care and professionalism. What stands out the most is their commitment to creating a strong sense of community. Love the community, responsive maintenance, property owners/managers respond with concerns and are always there for you if you have any questions. They attempt to do events for the community at least once a month and they actually care for their tenants overall. The place is kept well and tries to improve the community things take time and cannot be rushed but they are truly there for you. Other tenants are respectful and treat you properly four different garbage locations to throw trash which is a positive as well
