Billy from maintenance is the best! He helped me out with my car troubles and taught me how to put on a spare tire (life saver, thank you!). The people at Skyview are very kind and really care about their residents.
I’m rating Skyview one star because of the poor communication from the leasing office. I’ve reached out multiple times with questions about a unit they have listed and haven’t received any response. It’s been over a week and a half with no follow-up, despite sending several emails. This lack of communication completely discouraged us from moving forward with Skyview. If it’s this difficult to get answers before becoming a resident, I can only imagine how hard it would be to get assistance if an issue came up after moving in.
From the time we signed our lease, to moving in and now tenants, we’re enjoying our stay so far! The apartment complex itself is spacious and great, but the icing on the cake is the office management, Nicole, Linda and Dana plus maintenance Billy and the other guy(sorry forgot his name) are AMAZING! Very tending, helpful, welcoming and kind! Having amazing management does make a difference. Makes our home feel like home.
