Linda and her entire team made moving in a breeze. The complex is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the apartment!
I have lived in apartments a majority of my life and I have to say this a great apartment complex. The two ladies at the front office are very nice and extremely helpful and really care about the residents. The apartment is spacious and upgraded. I was given help when my auto pay didn’t take out the full amount cause it took it out early. The maintenance crew is fast and thorough you can set up appointments. They just installed a gate, I have had no issues with assigned parking. It’s been a great experience.
I do not recommend using this property management service. I attempted to contact them multiple times by phone, but no one answered. I also tried to reach the leasing agent for almost three months, and I still have not received my security deposit back. Most likely, I will have to resolve this matter in court. There has been no effort on their part to clarify the situation. It seems that the property owner and the property manager, along with her assistant, are unresponsive. I don't love everything about this apartment complex, but the maintenance guy Billy is awesome. Super responsive and always friendly.
