They have a unique set up. It's all 2 bedroom units. The set up is key. Both bedrooms have there own bathroom. Huge rooms spread out from each other u have sum privacy. Let's see fireplace is good. Living space decent a lot of potential. Management has a good team. They really are hands on kind of team and do a lot to get the community involved by having game nights in the fall and just a couple of days ago they put on Root beer float day!! Skyview My experience. 1. Upon moving in unit was not cleaned there were stains on the floor stains on the appliances. 2. Two days after move-in we noticed our water heater is from 1992, out of code 3. One month after move-in there’s an ant problem 4. We noticed that after we put the water in our name our faucets we’re still low pressure when it was turned to hot water. We were told by the maintenance man that it’s an ordinance in Kent and they can’t turn it on any higher past that six months down the line. It was just diffi... read more
