Lot rent is disgustingly high. They have a park full of dilapidated mobile homes, most not even meeting HUD standards but they somehow feel $700+ a month is appropriate. There's a beautiful mobile home park in Waterford where rent is only around $500, the homes and community are in amazing shape AND they take care of all lawn/snow maintenance so why does this crappy park think they deserve these fees?? Terrible service from RHP who want you to pay online for rent but don't give you the information to do so. Person who answers the phone barely speaks English and tells you RHP will contact you when they have time. There is never anyone at the office because there is always new staff.
The community manager is very nice and friendly and very easy to work with!
