It's a mobile home park. Well managed. Clean and peaceful.
Worst place to live they lie charge you for service to the outdated sewer system I wouldn’t even give them a one star
This place refuses to give a water bill each month and then waits two hours until it's due to tell you that you're $5 short and will have to pay a $40 late fee. Management is both lazy and incompetent. I wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy. The predatory nature of this company is malicious and criminal.
Pot holes everywhere, Unhinged management, lot rent goes up yearly & over priced. Seems like they are trying to force everyone out with all the rules they force on us. No relaxing, always on edge here. If you plan to move here and relax it won't happen. They run this place like a HOA.. The management will lie to your face. They do absolutely no "maintenance" other than force the lot renter to tend to all grass, trees, leaves, bushes, rocks, fence , cleaning of all trash.. the management does NOTHING..I have absolutely no ide... read more
