Pot holes everywhere, Unhinged management, lot rent goes up yearly & over priced. Seems like they are trying to force everyone out with all the rules they force on us. No relaxing, always on edge here. If you plan to move here and relax it won't happen. They run this place like a HOA.. The management will lie to your face. They do absolutely no "maintenance" other than force the lot renter to tend to all grass, trees, leaves, bushes, rocks, fence , cleaning of all trash.. the management does NOTHING..I have absolutely no ide... read more

I would not recommend moving into this trailer park. It used to be a wonderful place to live with affordable housing. Due to new management all of the residents lost there rights and freedom. It’s a prison. Your better off waiting for the apartments across the street to come up

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Lot rent is disgustingly high. They have a park full of dilapidated mobile homes, most not even meeting HUD standards but they somehow feel $700+ a month is appropriate lot rent or that it's ok to pay $750 for a mobile home and list it for $25k. They are also forcing residents out by threatening eviction for not complying with extremely costly, superficial, outdoor renovations. SEE TMJ4 STORY! Potholes everywhere. Lot rent is over $700 just to rent a piece of land that isn’t even yours—and it’s fully controlled by the park. The trees are overgrown, and with any strong wind or storm, you might wake up with a tree crashing down on your mobile home. Branches are already resting on roofs, causing damage. They don’t care. Run!
