The best neighborhood in the Bronx. Living here is like living in a resort. Great place to raise kids and pet friendly.
I drive by these apartments all the time for work and i can just imagine a young Dr Neil Degrasse Tyson pointing his telescope toward the stars and it fuels me happiness knowing that someone like us, a down to earth(no pun intended)New Yorker can make an amazing difference in this world. Just a small daily happiness.
Trash management. You pay $$$$$ to get your car's catalytic converter stolen right in front of the building and management under the cameras. And the dumb faced management building girls have balls to say that they don't give you the camera footage cos they don't have too and it's a public road, so not their problem. There was another car several cars away that looked like no one moved it in a while. I peaked under the car - of course car's guts were hanging out and laying on the asphalt.
