This owner is horrible. His workers were not only on my property, but on my property stealing my water. I came home and caught them. My faucet is hidden behind the bushes so they were snooping around my house. He tried to say he is not in the business of stealing, yet come over and tried to pay us because they were caught and then lied about it and when we asked how I know how much water you have been stealing when not home and how do I know this is the last time and he said we would have to sue him.
