Edit to respond: Large sized aquarium in the entry way, rows of chairs, mcdonalds a building or 2 away? No. Im not mistaken. Im aware of where I went for my massage :) Regardless of whether you can find me in your system via my name on Google or not... I'm not asking you to look me up in your system and provide some poor excuse for my experience. A simple apology for my negative experience would be a good start..
