People are nice, staff too! But hallways are at least 10 years overdue for replacement. Carpets are ratty and/or soiled. Hallway lighting seems deliberately kept low…. Less apt to see the depressing and super outdated mauve decor. A depressing environment to come home to. Maybe coop owners are loathe to update it because it’s a big project across 3 buildings. But if they won’t address something so clearly needing attention it makes one wonder what else is deferred for that reason.
A diverse population in a well kept environment. The people who live here stay here for many years.
