Just had Adam do a home (condo) inspection on a property I offered to purchase. So comprehensive. Pictures and points of concern were very, very well laid out. User friendly program they use. Very satisfied with Adam and his Inspection! Would highly recommend this company!
Adam was very thorough with his inspection and on-site review. His follow up documentation was outstanding and very detailed with a lot of pictures to illustrate his explanation. My wife and I were very impressed with the services provided.
CAUTION!!! Wouldn't recommend these guys. Had a inspection done just over 5 years ago. He didn't make sure the tennant was out of the house before starting. He also started way earlier than scheduled when I wasn't present like I requested. This resulted in a incomplete home inspection, there were no moisture tests done in the bathroom. There are Many things that were not noted in the report or noted as minor that are becoming major issues. It was also a hassle to get a printed copy of the inspection I payed for.
