Worst Experience, Extremely Rude Receptionist, and Refusal of Care for Sick Children I recently moved to Alberta from Ontario and had my first, and worst, experience at this clinic when both of my children were very sick. The experience was appalling. The receptionist was extremely rude, unhelpful, and lacked any compassion despite seeing that I was trying to seek urgent care for two sick kids.
