Very disappointed. Before you enter their clinic they have a very BIG sign WALK=IN. And also, I check their website says walk ins are okay. But as I talk to the receptionist she says they NEVER attend to walk ins. Better take off your very big WALK IN sign and your website is not reliable.
I’m very disappointed with the service at this clinic. I called earlier in the day and specifically asked if I could walk in — I was told yes, and that the doctor was available until 5 PM. But when I arrived, the girls at the front desk told me they don’t accept walk-ins after 1 PM. This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable. If the front staff had given the correct information, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. They need to be more responsible and clear when giving out information over the phone.
This place is a joke. I get it it, gps dont know jack in regards muscoluskeletal issues, but do your job and learn something besides pushing pills and rubs that dont work. Admit something when you dont know, dont pretend you do when you dont.
One of the worst experiences at a healthcare clinic. When we arrived, we were told there was just one person ahead of us, so we expected a quick visit. Instead, we watched as they kept taking in patients who came after us—just because they wanted to leave early, according to what we overheard. We ended up waiting over an hour, making us late for work because of their completely false promise. The girl at the front desk showed no concern for our time. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to patients.
Dr.Kabir is very kind and supportive to all patients. My family has been going to her for years, and every visit has been nothing but supportive and helpful. I highly recommend everyone to go to Dr.Kabir for effective and efficient results.
