Very rude customer service.
Pathetic. They keep you waiting hours and hours saying two more patients ahead of you. They don’t even listen to your requests. I will never go again there.
Online shows 5pm for closure of the clinic. I came in at 1pm for walk in. Not only did the receptionist make it very clear she could care less to be at work but also told me the doctor isn’t accepting anymore patients cause she wants to go home early. I let her know I work night shifts and get off at 3am and I can’t wait until Monday to be seen as I think I have a UTI. She laughed and told me to go to shoppers. Dr. Surya Kabir is my family doctor since 2 years and she is very kind and caring doctor. She always listen my problems like a family member. Again, she is very good lady.
