Kayla is a great hygienist and was nice to see Dr Byrd and the SkyView team

Instead of acknowledging the concern, they immediately invalidate them with “Respectfully, your description of the visit does not align with what occurred that day,” because the only perspective that matters is the one the office wrote in their notes.
