Dr. Kim is great: soft speaking, very practical in what he is doing, he does not overkill the service. Highly recommend. Yanilda Mora is the office manager. She is very impressive, as she knows everything about the insurance, etc. The prices are reasonable.
I'm uncertain if there's been a change in ownership, but there was a previous Dr. Kim who provided good service. However, my experience with Dr. Paul Kim leaves me feeling that he's overly focused on financial gain. He attempted to push treatment plans that hadn't been suggested by any of my previous dentists, despite my teeth showing no clear issues. My husband and I went for a routine cleaning 9/2022. The office and equipment are old. I usually get accommodations with the X-ray sensors, however his staff was insensitive and rushed me. I brought up the concern with Dr Kim, but he came off as condescending. Would never go back or recommend to anyone.
