Our first experience and can thank google and facebook reviews for making it a positive one. Arrived approximately 1hr and 45m before they let the cars in. Grabbed snacks from the concessions and enjoyed watching Incredibles 2. We don't have very many babysitting options and this was a great way for our family to spend Fathers Day/My husbands birthday with our 7 year old and 1 year old (whom we wouldn't have normally taken to the actual theatre). Just drove 30 miles with two children and waited over an hour in line to get in. While in line we were told that they had 4 more spots and our car and the 3 cars behind is would get in. Once at the ticket entrance I handed the cashier my credit card only to be told that they "just" ran out of SUV spots and we would have to leave. No apology, no offer of tickets for tomorrow night, nothing for the inconvenience.No customer service. Nothing. I have now wasted my evening and have 2 children in tears. Great experience and great fun. Get there early if you want a good spot and be prepared to wait to get it but they keep you entertained right up to show time. Good family fun. Bring chairs a blanket and game to entertain until showtime
We drove down from Heath arrived at 745 sat in line for an hour to be told that there is no truck parking only cars. The website says nothing about limited parking for trucks, and the phone number is just a pre recorded message and un able to reach anyone to talk about parking out of the way and sitting in the chairs we brought. Thank you for ruining my night off with family. Your way of doing business is shit.
Love spending family time together here at the drive in.
