Bought a house while stationed overseas. Should've known better. Countless emails and phone calls have garnered little to no results in completing our two week walk through lists that was held in Jan 2022, it's now March 2023. We have resubmitted our issues list multiple times because the list has either been lost or the site supervisor has misplaced....they've replaced the supervisor three times since we've been here. Don't do it!!!!! Run, run away as fast as you can from this builder. Bought a house 8 years ago, already replacing windows, a bathroom and still finding issues. In the process of suing. All of my neighbors are experiencing the same.
My husband and I bought a house from DR Horton and honestly we regret it. First we had to delay are closing which played a domino effect in our life because they failed to get an inspection. We have been waiting or repairs and every time we reach out to our superintendent nothing gets fixed, it’s someone new and they always change the process.
