I needed the rear window replaced on my Chrysler Pacifica. They came and replaced it. The installer was friendly and it appeared he did a good job. 5 days later I was camping and the rear window broke in a parking spot when I was standing next to it. Nothing happened to the van. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Haven't returned our calls..Our rear windshield is sitting with no glass with their second atrempt to install after their mistake. After they installed it. I'll update this review if the refund us. I have to contact another company now.
They Arrived late, botched repair, partially installed a broken replacement, and left without telling me. I found my car in pieces in driveway, have CCTV of tech cracking the replacement windshield and bugging out. I was stuck without a working car. after 4 days of making excuses and dodging my calls they finally offered to send another tech out.
