We have been here since June/21.We have never had any renovations done to our apartment. Rent increases every year. Our rental unit is not in good shape.Some people got new windows, we never did.Our rent is increasing $100 this year on $1500/mth unit for??....way over allowable annual percentage rate. Our unit doesn't look anything close to the ones shown on here...sad after posting this water is not working properly again, happens lots
