A big rave to the CAPREIT Team for the quick response regarding our request for a manager or staff to show the Electrical Room/Hub to the internet technician. It was a busy BBQ Day for all tenants and staff, and they were able to cater our request even in a short notice. And thank you also for addressing our concern with the kitchen's exhaust fan's filter & bulb. Those things mean a lot to us and have been appreciated.

We have been here since June/21.We have never had any renovations done to our apartment. Rent increases every year. Our rental unit is not in good shape.Some people got new windows, we never did.Our rent is increasing $100 this year on $1500/mth unit for??....way over allowable annual percentage rate. Our unit doesn't look anything close to the ones shown on here...sad after posting this water is not working properly again, happens lots.
