The company has changed staff 5 times since I lived there in a matter of a year. No one knew what the previous did, and thus without the tenants knowing, they would start breaking the previous staff's lease agreements. We were charged for a cleaning of carpets upon moving in, but the apartment carpet, nor the rest of it, was ever cleaned before we go there. Cheated us out of our return deposit. Brought the landlord evidence of their breaking of our lease and never responded back.
