My family rented one of the affordable housing units. Our apartment was 304B. We began to smell what I believe were meth fumes. These fumes were in our apartment, but didn't seem to originate from our unit. My family had to move out because of these fumes. Well I thought it couldn't get any worse, but they have proved me wrong yet again. When we moved my daughter in last August 2024 the apartment she was going to be sharing with a friend and just another person that lived there. We got there moved her all in but decided we needed another apartment as it was disgusting and unclean. the man working in the office is so rude and speaks to the girls at the front desk so rudely. he spoke to my mom like she was old and dumb she is perfectly healthy and has a doctorate the way he spoke down to her and interrupted/ cut off the girls working made me certain I would never live here.

Terrible management, extremely unhelpful. If I could give zero stars I would. Bugs when we first moved in, and had to purchase our own bug spray. Community is not well kept. Was not told about the high extra expense for utilities.

ELEVATORS: There are (3) Three Elevators in this building. Usually (2) Two of the Elevators are out of order and sometimes the 3rd Elevator has problems as well. It’s very hard to carry your belongings up 12 flights of stairs when returning from break. Sometimes the elevator will run and wont stop at some floors but will stop at others. WATER: No Hot Showers, Lukewarm at best PARKING/SECURITY: The parking garage does not access the building from each floor. You have to go down to the first floor to get in the buildin... read more

If I could rate without any stars I would. My son subletted a unit in summer of 2023 from another student for a total of two months. He let them know if it’s filth and damage upon move in via their form. Upon moving out, they claim he damaged wall and was charged exorbitant fees for cleaning despite scrubbing and cleaning the unit prior to moving out. They can produce no documents to substantiate this and will not return his $150 security deposit. Avoid at all costs as they are predatory.

First impression was terrible. They told me that my room was ready and everything was cleaned before my arrival. When I entered the room and the common areas of the unit, it was disgusting. The guy who was there before me left his clothes on the table. The dishwasher could not be used. The bathroom was disgusting and nothing was cleaned. I posted pictures on google reviews.
