0 stars. I signed the lease and got my keys, as i walked into my apartment, a group of guys stared me down and made me feel uncomfortable. Then I was in the apartment for 5 minutes before I heard a group of 3 guys downstairs on the corner of the street talking about opium, their strap and their power. I did not feel safe enough to walk outside of my own door for over an hour.
