We have a pressure washing business in California and the parts we buy aren’t available from local suppliers so we order a lot from Clean Direct. Lynn helped me find what I needed, then proceeded to walk me through my order details to make sure we got the right products. She went way above and beyond contacting the engineering department to walk me through specialized Swiss equipment. I would highly recommend this company for their wide variety of great products and its helpful staff.
Edit: Yes, all you said was true, except for the fact that it took literally 5 months for you to refund me my money for a product I never received because I cancelled (true). What is false is that you could not send the money because of errors or issues. Bank wires take 5-7 days to come through (truth), not 5 months. Also, why did it take literally a month each time and dozens of follow ups and calls from me to get just one response saying you had some people in your store, so you couldn’t take 5 minutes of time to respond? ... read more
Garrett helped walk us through recommended options for us to upgrade our window washing capabilities. We selected the Ionic Systems Trion RO/DI. The flexibility in moving the equipment along with being able to use two water brushes at the same time has increased our technicians productivity. Very unprofessional. They asked me for photos of my ID and my card after I paid. I don’t recommend them at all — one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
