Everyone on-site wore protective gear, demonstrating their commitment to both their own safety and that of our tenants. Hired Skytop Roofing to replace the roof on a family member’s home. They were the only company that were willing to come onsite to see the actual condition of the roof and check the attic. All others quoted based on some street view search. During their inspection they noticed some damage to the chimney and recommended a repair. They took lots of pictures (before, during and after). We noticed a couple of damp spots on the ceiling in November of 2023. Adrian responded quickly, came and inspected the roof. He showed us where the leak was and covered the area with a tarp. We reconnected in the spring and set up the installation date. The job was completed as agreed with excellent workmanship and cleaning up. We also had R-50 insulation blown in at the same time. Adrian is honest and communicated clearly with us. My wife and I are pleased to recommend Adrian and his crew
