5 Stars This is one of the best apartment communities in town. The property is very clean and well-maintained, with no issues related to bugs or roaches. The office staff is extremely friendly, and the two ladies in the office are especially helpful, professional, and cooperative. The maintenance team is outstanding—responsive, efficient, and quick to address any concerns. Parking is plentiful and easily available, which is a great convenience. Started off ok, the end was a nightmare . Lived here for a couple years and I couldn’t get out of this place any faster. The last 6 months I was met with a gnat infestation that management did next to nothing to fix. Would send pest control who did little to nothing to fix the problem. The last 6 months was a nightmare with mice infestation from a neighbor that was a hoarder and management would not address the issue. Extremely old and moldy brick walls apartment complex. What’s absurd is they increase rent every year abs force tenants to pay their property taxes every year but they haven’t made any efforts to do any improvements to these apartments. The outside moldy black walls are honestly my biggest turn off my years of living here and the least they could do is power wash these walls or paint them but no!
