Manager, bookkeeper and receptionist were amazing. The lady at the front desk has a very professional and welcoming attitude. The way she listens to you make you feel valued as a human being. Thank you so much for genuinely caring.
Worst life experience here. Cockroaches have been in the apartment for over a year, and the management hasn't found any solutions or addressed the problem. Stay away.
2 week ago i went to rental office for application , the lady of office said me application payment is 40$. then i sent 40 $ for application but lady got 40$ more from me i paid 80$. Finally she said your credit is not approved unfortunately my credit score is 730. I think “when they decide to application they look at the your ethnic identity”
place is filthy, break ins all the time, low rents bringing in trash, stay away smells like curry and bed bugs everywhere, this is what you bring in with low rents and the management does not care. Very sad used to be a nice place and neighborhood. Raise your rents and keep the trash out!!!! Can we get this complex to clean up there property, with all the Indian businesses there is trash all along there property along Westmininster St. disgusting, they need to clean up there property and get all the trash out and low income ... read more
