RecommendedEveryone makes you feel so welcome and within a day you are “part of the family”! My experience was beyond my expectation to regroup, revise my exercise routine, feel better about my accomplishments with my health, and in general slow down! I cannot say enough about the knowledgeable, enthusiastic, nurturing staff and owners! Beautiful support in a beautiful environment whether you are dealing with a health challenge or injury, or if your family or group of friends just need a healthy reboot. If you come alone, you’ll make Plenty of new friends at mealtime! (This program is appropriate for the injured OR the super active!)
Go for everything: classes for every level of fitness, the daily walks/hikes, the food, the knowledgeable staff - their willingness to help, spacious and flexible lodging choices, but mostly the freedom to do it your way if this is your 6th or 7th trip to a wellness retreat. Go to learn, to practice, or just for the pleasure. Exceptional value for price.
Love MY true Skyterra family. Amazing folks that help you see the real you. The staff is so genuine they are like the avengers and really care about the people and even more they truly work hard making sure they have the knowledge to make sure you succeed. Well maybe not all the staff but trust me the ones that matter.
Can’t wait to go back!
