First of all, I’d like to see the seller was extremely helpful. We came here to buy my little brother, his first electric scooter, and every single question we asked was answered eloquently with detail he let us. Test drive the scooters explained all the specs definitely 10 out of 10 experience offered us warranty. I will definitely be coming back when I need another scooter for sure. thank you so much for making this a easy process.
I saw Skyten at the Long Beach Electrify event. I bought two scooters. Josh and Diego are very knowledgeable and willing to help even after the sale. What I like about Skyten is that they offer service and can fix anything that can go wrong. If you ever owned a scooter this service is gold. It’s very difficult finding anyone who can work on them. I’ve already contacted them several times and they quickly answered my questions. Extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!! I ordered a cosplay robe on August 17,2025 since they sold anime items in the Shop app and on their official website. I also paid $25 for 3-4 day shipping. It has not arrived and it has not yet even been shipped. Today is September 9th. I requested a refund and a cancellation on the order and have already emailed the store (since 8/30) multiple times and have not yet received a response in a timely manner.
