Great products, communication and prices. Very helpful. Has a wide variety of electric scooters as well as electric bikes. The most important factor is that they service every product they sell.
The service I received from your staff was highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional. The employee handling my query was visibly impatient, unhelpful, and consistently rude. When I attempted to ask a simple question or seek assistance, the staff member provided a dismissive response, showing no patience or willingness to help. This behavior makes it extremely difficult to conduct business and reflects poorly on your company's service standards.
Great customer service, very helpful, amazing products very easy transactions friendly staff great deal have plenty of options available to pay so they make sure you get your hands on one of these goodies! What a joke, thank you guys for just ignoring my email re: the scooter you sold me that had an outstanding recall on it that was never taken care of. But it’s not that big of a deal, right? It’s not like it would be you guys getting thrown from the scooter & badly injured if the front fork just decided to “snap” going 30 mph. I’m just totally overreacting here.
