This company claims to do aircraft repairs, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I had the worst experience dealing with Mike — extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly had no idea what he was talking about. The support team was just as bad, never responding on time and constantly making excuses. My issue was never fixed, and I honestly doubt they even know how to repair an aircraft properly. Save yourself the headache and go to an actual certified repair service. Total waste of time and money!

I called this company expecting professional aircraft repair service, but instead got nothing but frustration. Ruth was incredibly rude — she offered no help whatsoever and actually hung up on me when I asked for an update. That’s completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one that claims to work on aircraft. Between Ruth’s attitude and Mike’s lack of knowledge, this company is a total disaster.
