Closed their doors without notifying their customers. Solar System never worked properly. We were better off without solar, paid a lot less, than what we are paying now.
Had multiple issues with my solar system.. Generac is not that great of a solar system. In addition, it takes weeks to get a skyta technician to call you back. Stopped by their office location to find the doors locked and nobody around.
We are very disappointed our solar panels don’t work and it’s been 5 months with no resolution. Skyta won’t return our calls.
