Very friendly office staff
Haven't even moved in yet and already hate this place. None of their communication has phone numbers that you can call and speak to everyone. They send you documents with links that don't work. Email addresses that nobody monitors. Nobody's available to answer questions. Horrible experience.
We have lived here for 4 years now and have really enjoyed the location as it is tucked away and not on a busy street. We recently were able to move into the biggest layout of the 1 bedroom units (798 SF) and had a phenomenal experience transferring units. Kyra was very helpful making it a smooth transition moving from one unit to the next. Eh, tried to stop down a couple times over the last month but management never on site so here you go.. This is an all to regular occurrence. This time around it's been over a month since these were emptied. Likely over 300 dogs living here w 4 receptacles , do the math. Emails are actively ignored by management. Maintenence work orders WILL lapse months and you WILL have to follow up multiple times before you get any help. Honestly, after living here for 3 years, it started out great—especially the front office team—but it’s just gone downhill since. Don't get me wrong, the apartment itself is nice, but the walls are paper-thin. I had an upstairs neighbor who was a screamer and a stomper almost every other night. On top of that, the parking garage gate broke every other week, and management didn't catch any of the break-ins until they finally installed cameras. 😂 The office staff used to be great until they just stopped caring.
