Best FBO service I've had in Quebec. Consummate professionals on the ramp taking care of servicing and marshalling. Courteous concierges inside, facilitating both normal and irregular operations. Helped us get our aircraft back online, and make our scheduled departure.
Not everyone that works here should be working with the public… had great service before but today is very different. Not really welcoming to be honest.
