A great price point to get you into the best town on the South Shore. The apartments are new, clean, and cozy to live in. Going on year three of living here and noise has never once been an issue, I can not relate to any complaints about the commuter rail across the street, The property manager, Mike, is timely in his responses, polite, and a pleasure to lease from.
The trains at the Greenbush Station sit and idle for 30/40 minutes. Very very loud. Starts at 5:30 am and ends at 10:30 pm. Also literary shakes the apartment. Its too bad. Affordable and clean but I cant take the constant train noise and vibrations and will moving due to this.
