My husband ordered me a necklace for a Christmas gift and immediately knew it was too big of a pendant for me when it came in. I like smaller things and this necklace was simply too big for my taste. We have emailed a total of 6 times between the both of us and have called numerous times trying to get a refund. We have not received a single email back and when we call they pick up and hang up and now are just ignoring us all together. I bought a Sand Dollar Necklace and Earrings last summer with opals, and one this year with Mother of Pearl accents. Just beautiful. Lots of choices in this store and excellent service.
