Scam, bought a necklace after they said it’s silver, went home to see that it already had rust, went back to return it an hour after but no returns, they changed their words saying it is actually sterling silver. I purchased a necklace from this store, but found something that better suited my needs at another store in town. I attempted to return the necklace about an hour after my purchase, but I was told THEY DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. I stated that the salesperson didn’t explain the return policy before the purchase, and their policy is not posted anywhere in the store. The salesperson said the policy is on the receipt.. So, customers are only informed of the policy AFTER a purchase. BUYER BEWARE!!!
After trying on a few different sizes I got a lovely gold chain. The service was great and the ladies at the store were friendly!
