I got two pieces of jewelry fixed here: a 14k gold chain necklace that had a broken clasp, and an engagement ring that needed to be downsized from a 6 to a 5. Both times, everybody who worked here was SO kind, and even considering the price of gold nowadays I believe everything was fairly priced and done so quickly (estimated was an hour for the necklace, a few hours for the ring; both were done within 30 minutes to an hour). Highly recommend if you need a fast and reliable place to fix your jewelry!
Went in for a repair on my watch and got it back with a broken face. Absolutely terrible. I even went back to show them and even after was told they didn't do it. I love my watch and know for a fact the face was not cracked. Not recommended.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop if you need jewelry repair! I was brought in due to the reviews I read on here (Google). Upon arriving the whole family greeted me. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be coming here for any jewelry or watch repair in the future. Price was great and the time it took to repair it was great!!
