The owners are always incredibly friendly and the work is high quality. Sized my GF’s tennis bracelet same day and created a pendant with the left over stones/links. Tested the diamond and weighed them in front of me for added reassurance. I highly recommend this shop.

I bought a ring with a lovely stone and a pretty but very cheap setting—in my defense, the description from the online seller lied about what the setting was made from and therefore how quickly it would reveal how ugly and cheap it really was.
