I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was so bad it needs to be public. My family stayed with SkyRun from July 3rd to August 2nd. When we arrived, the fridge was broken, all our groceries spoiled, including food for a 4th of July family meal. Management promised to reimburse us and comp a few nights. What really happened? They only paid half the grocery bill (even though I provided receipts) and never comped a single night. That should’ve been my red flag. Still, I gave them a second chance. December 7, 2024. The staff did a fabulous job and accommodating our stay when there was an issue. It just made our day. Never had this kind of a hospitality recently from a vacation rental. I was very positively amazed by the service. Thank you so much.
The location was amazing and the views from the balconies were spectacular, but there was dog hair everywhere! The hair needs to be dealt with as it was truly in every room and on the furniture. The accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for our few days. I would definitely recommend more blankets and bedding. The check-in/check-process was seamless and very easy. We spent 4 nights at Trappers Crossing #8758 in Keystone. A great ground-floor unit. Lots of space, very clean and a well stocked kitchen. Its right next to the shuttle which is convenient. A few suggestions, Update the TV, the worst I have ever seen. Get rid of the shelf units with to many odds and ends and get something up to date.. If your a wine drinker, bring your own glasses, the selection is embarrassing,. I don't know why they use footed wine glasses in rentals. The unit is merchandised as handicapped.
