Worst customer service ever , Isabel at the front office had a very bad attitude and the Dr. Mody did nothing about it
I came here for blood test and the nurse had hardly attend me 10mins and I was billed by central dupage hospital and Sameer Naserruddin for amt around $3500. There are so many medical service amt that I am sure why it is charged. Like there is limit of how you charge a patient if you want them to come back for your service. My insurance is so good and still I have to pay some amt from my pocket. Never never never will recommend this place.
Was going here for a while. Apparently as the unfriendly desk girl Isabella put it. My doctor left there practice after new owners came. The unfriendly desk lady isabella also told me there's no way she can help me find my medical records and to just google it. This place is trash and should lose there license. If you genuinly need help. They will be sure to let you know to Google it. Unprofessional, rude, not knowledgeable. Would not recomend .
