First, I was given an appointment without any attempt to ask for my availability, then it was changed again without regard or consideration. When I called the psychiatrist's "office number" to notify of a conflict and to reschedule, there was no help or staff. Only a family member(?) with a thick Indian accent who was at a loss of what to do and had no idea how to simply check a schedule, make an appointment, or get direction from the doctor. BE AFRAID. BE VERY AFRAID. Horrible experience. My provider, Dr. Burhanullah, was extremely negligent and careless in handling the paperwork for a medical leave for my Bipolar 1 disorder. He missed one deadline because he was ill, fine. However even after he was well, he missed four more. That’s four deadlines, which resulted in my leave being cancelled.
