Jehojada Jean-Baptiste! This young man was polite, courteous, caring and friendly. His knowledge was on point and he was very thorough with his willingness to assist me in finding coverage for my son. He took the time to listen to my concerns and responded with a plan that was absolutely affordable and was inclusive to our needs. I told him he reminded me of the rep who signed me up a few years back by the name of Al Wilson. he told me he was trained by him. Kudos for having such great a great customer service team!!
